Nausheen Ahmedjee

Nausheen has had a diversified career in pharmaceutical, financial and accounting sectors over the span of just about two decades with the expertise in the development of two essential components of business i.e. Business Processes and Practices and Human Capital. Her focus has been on embedding robust strategies and operational efficiencies through the process of simplification, standardization, upgrading and designing business process with a focus on digitized solution. She is presently serving as a Head of People and Culture at Siemens Engineering Pakistan Limited. As an HR lead her expertise is in analyzing organizational needs – with the focus on designing and implementing practical and innovative HR strategies across the company. Have proven ability to engage key stakeholders and successfully drive large transformation programs. Previously had been associated with one of the big four audit and accounting firm as Country Talent Leader and along with HR functions was instrumental in developing and streamlining operational efficiencies of the company in line with global practices. She worked in the management capacity at a brokerage house and was instrumental for the establishment of the company after the takeover. She has also been associated with the pharmaceutical giants like GSK and Novartis in the managerial capacity. Having lived in Ghana, USA and UK beside Pakistan and being selected for “Women in Executive Leadership Development Program” through the Australian Reward program – she is truly international with a flare of connecting and understanding people insight. She is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
