 Handling of all inbound inquiries related to spare parts & maintenance of generators  Responsible for counter sales payment collections.  Follow on action for PO and arranging spare parts as customer Order.  Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure product availability and order placements.  Update and maintain all sales and purchasing reports for cost tracking and forecasting.  Sales support activities to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.  Preparing of Invoices, Receipts& Payments according to ISO Procedure.  Study pricing strategies to determine costs & profits prior to approving factory charges.  Preparing Sales Reports like daily, weekly, Monthly basis  Following Receivables from Credit customers  Provide executive-level administrative assistance to the Technical manager & Maintenance Department.  Follow up of warranty issues by coordinating with manufacturer.
