Responsibilities ▪ Manage and lead a team of business analysts and assist them to resolve any show stopper. ▪ Work on aggressive bids and proposal activities that required many facets of support such as identifying the actual seller challenges, writing the business cases, working with sellers, R&D, Product management teams to get development estimates and incorporating the new features into roadmap. ▪ Conduct workshops with key stakeholders, capture requirements, defined use cases, created user journey maps and technology impact. ▪ Reverse engineer the existing legacy application, which in turn helped to logically breakdown each functionality into an independent microservice. ▪ Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team. ▪ Design micro services for cross domain consumption across Pre-Sales, Sales, Billing and Service Delivery applications. ▪ Designed the application to meet the performance, usability, scalability and reliability requirements by inculcating the Design Thinking Methodologies ▪ Work on establishing Architecture Review Board and process, documented technology standards and templates for microservices. ▪ Maintain Requirement Traceability matrix and scrum board using Jira. ▪ Communicate with client daily & weekly basis on the solutioning updates. ▪ Guide team on the Project estimation process and budgeting. ▪ Review Design, Test plan coverage and Deployment plans. Helped in end user adaption strategy.
