Nayantara Malloy

I build capacity for community resilience and prosperity. I am a charismatic leader, driven to succeed. I take pride in my ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, nurture relationships, and inspire active global citizenship. I equip people with the skills they need to succeed, and communities with the resources they need to develop. My community engagement and capacity building skills are best demonstrated in my work with Futures for Children, where I develop curriculum and animate experiential learning programs for youth. I also recruit and train program staff and volunteers, manage communications, consult with government and community-based stakeholders. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction work which results in dynamic communities and empowered individuals! I am now looking for career opportunities which will enable me to put my community development expertise and my human resources experience to work for an organization which is making the world a better place in its own way.
