I’m passionate about developing scientific discovery to a valuable product. I was fortunate to work with great scientists and clinicians at Johns Hopkins University, Washington University at St. Louis, UCLA, and UNSW to develop cutting edge, ML/AI algorithms understand brain development and commercialize them to support doctors to diagnose and treat neuropsychiatric diseases. Currently, I am a strategy and business operations lead at Neuraly, a clinical stage biotechnology company. We are testing a novel therapeutic candidate to cure Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases in Phase 2 trial. Prior to Neuraly, I joined the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School with focus on technology commercialization strategy. -Medical Devices and Diagnostics course to teach market entry strategy for medical devices and diagnostics and over 200 students take the course each year. -Discovery to Market course to teach how to conduct commercialization feasibility assessment for early stage technologies developed at JHU, DOD, NIH and NASA -Technology Entrepreneurship program for JHU clinicians and researchers Other experiences -business strategy lead for series A, B, C companies -academic translational research, government fundraising
