Negin is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and has over 10 years of experience practicing as a corporate lawyer in the City of London. Over the years, Negin has developed an expertise in company investment matters, having acted for both investors and investee companies. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations. Negin has often advised companies and shareholders on general corporate matters from incorporation through to exit and has become an integral part of many of her clients’ key team. Negin also has experience in IPOs in London, both on the Main Market and the Alternative Investment Market.
