Neil is a Certified Construction Specifier and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator.Neil has extensive experience providing architectural consulting services for all types of projects, in and out of the State of Arizona. In addition to specification services he has managed more than $1.5 billion in construction as either the lead architect, architect of record or the owner’s representative. The projects have ranged from very small to more than $600 million, from simple tenant improvements to hospitals. This has given him a unique perspective that many firms providing the same services do not have.
