As the team leader would serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the client. Would call and set up appointments to come and meet with the client when they are available. Would also serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the leadership team. As the team leader, would ensure that the team followed proper documentation procedures which included submitting client waiver forms and ensuring what was done during the visit and what complications occurred if any are documented whether performed by myself or delegated among team members. Facilitated execution of visits as well as a special project.
