I am an ambitious, highly motivated professional with 25 seamless years experience of working for Tier One Contractors across both the Construction and Major Civil Engineering Sectors. Most recently my roles have been predominantly People Management focused on large Major Civils Projects. I have worked in most sectors including high end residential projects and also been heavily involved in multiple large scale commercial buildings and shopping centres throughout my career, where I have developed my skills and knowledge. My particular expertise is on site delivery but I have also experience within pre-contract including managing contractual and commercial risk during tenders, and ensuring that all costs are managed and minimised. All aspects of contracts are always delivered to the highest standard of health and safety whilst maintaining budget targets.
