My career started in the late '90s as a creative specialising in graphic design and animation, leading to positions as a production team lead, and then on to more formal project management roles at digital agencies in the UK and Australia until 2017 when a move to the public sector led to work on exciting projects in the future of work, digital health, and a focus on the role learning and education has within digital transformation, organisational culture, and performance. I have sat on a number of advisory groups for initiatives and procurements.
