Most recently, I accepted a fellowship opportunity beginning in October 2022 to learn under Dr. E. Paul Holmes regarding Contextually-Focused Dialectical Behavior Therapy training at the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. My last job was working as a School Social Worker in Chicago Public Schools. I completed my Master's in Social Work (MSW) in May 2021 at Aurora University. I passed my IL Professional Educator License (PEL) for School Social Work in January 2021 and became a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in January 2022. My advanced internship from 2020-2021 was as a School Social Work Intern at Plainfield South High School. My foundation internship was with the Provisco Children's Advocacy Center in Broadview, IL working as an advocate.
