My career goal is to work with an organisation who will recognise my relentless attitude towards success and understanding, that will take full advantage of the skills that I have gained so far. That will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my skills in a long term career. Whilst working for comet I gained exceptional experience in both sales and customer service. I learnt how to communicate with a diverse range of customers in both a sales and service environment. I am very competitive and have been awarded recognition for both of these attributes. I won a customer service award for my region (based on both customer and colleague feedback) I also won the 'New Technology Award' by selling the best mix of new technology in my store. I was further rewarded with a promotion to management, which gave me the opportunity to develop my team to exceed sale targets. I am a patient and empathic person, this can be demostrated through my ability in dealing with customer relations and my experience in caring for my brother who has complex special needs. I also chose placements within special need environments throughout my univeristy career. My university experience has given my the opportunity to further improve my non verbal communication skills, for example, collating and understanding various reports and information, then delivering that information, in the form of feedback, presentations and evaluations. The successful completion of my course required me to be inquisitive, self motivated and relentless in order for me to deliver unique feedback and learning to various levels, such as children, teachers, peers and parents.
