• Prepare and electronically file patent applications and various responses with the Israeli patent office and the PCT authorities. • Manage correspondence to foreign counsel with regard to patent filing and prosecution. • Manage client patent portfolios and serve as point of contact as the coordinator of information concerning their portfolio. • Review the docket to ensure that all deadlines are met timely and appropriately according to instructions from clients. • Manage the firm’s task list, including all professional and administrative actions and deadlines. • Responsible for periodical clients’ status reports.
