My experience is vast, both in Australia and South Africa, enabling me to adapt and focus on client requirements that are endemic to their environments. Working in industry, as an entrepreneur, in professional services and, most recently in the public sector, enhances my ability to relate across various business models, providing bespoke solutions and drawing from my experiences from being the client for many years. I adopt a balanced approach to problem solving using my ability to keep a level-head, lead teams effectively, coach and develop team members and give and receive constructive feedback.
