When I finally gathered up the courage to say "No, Mom, I don't want to be a doctor", my real interest revealed itself in the form, not of living beings' anatomy, but rather of their experiences and behaviour. I have always been a huge people-person, navigating through interpersonal relationships and encountering many kinds of individuals, with their own mentality, opinions, culture, and so forth. I have always thought it fascinating to learn how and why people act and think a certain way. I am currently a research assistant at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. We are studying the possible improvements of mental health services. Recommandations are collected through interviews with high users of mental health services. When I'm not working, I'm a university student... Worry not! I'm also a bookworm -scratch that, a bookDRAGON-, a hopeless cinephile, a big foodie, an intrepid explorer, and a traveler when I can! I'm also a pianist of 10+ years, so we can talk music if you like. I also have 10+ years of experience working with people. I am very proud of the skills that I have acquired in social communication, such as being a good listener, having patience, compromising, and so on.
