Niamh O'Sullivan

I am a Partner and Head of A&L Goodbody's Real Estate Department. My practice focuses on property investment and development advice. My work includes pre-funding developments, forward purchases and sales, property finance and investment acquisitions and disposals. Significant investment clients include some of the largest Irish regulated funds. I also act for a number of the international investors who entered the Irish market in recent years and established significant real estate holdings in Ireland. I have acted in the sale of large scale, mixed use distressed assets. On the banking side, recent work includes funding the acquisition of portfolios of properties, as well as lending for development. My recent development work includes PRS forward purchases, as well as forward sales of large scale office blocks.
