Nicholas Hagen

I started my sales career selling and trading baseball cards to my friends in the neighborhood. From that time on I knew that I loved to put deals together. I got a degree in History but realized soon after that my career was going to be centered around sales; more importantly building relationships and closing deals. I quickly learned that organization was a key to being successful at both. I started like any other college grad. I worked a few jobs to find my stride and to perfect my trade. Now, I work in an industry that includes my passion, youth sports. In my current position I direct a group of sales managers that help program directors of all kinds to grow, scale and win. I truly enjoy watching the growth we provide to the youth sports landscape and could not be happier mixing my love of entrepreneurship, sports and children with my work. My passions away from work are many but time with my kids ranks at the top. I do enjoy a round of golf and I am a sports junkie through and through.
