Hello! I’m Nick. I’m an inquisitive, adaptive & pragmatic design researcher with experience working across consumer technology, consumer healthcare, industrial, energy, telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, & RRP sectors for global blue chip, fast paced & high growth companies in both physical & digital product contexts. I pride myself on being able to adapt & immerse myself in a diverse range of sectors & project briefs to quickly develop a deep understanding of consumers/users, products, services & systems. This enables me to effectively respond with appropriate methods for informed, evidence-based outcomes & actionable insights to frame opportunities through consumer & commercial lenses. My background enables me to be empathetic to design & the design process enabling efficient cross-functional collaboration between insights research, engineering, product, and service design activities.
