Nicholas Julie-ann

I have recently returned to the UK and I am looking to expand my HR experience, now that I am home. The unique thing about my work history is that I have never been hired to fill an existing vacancy. At, both, Perrys and Myler Disability I was asked to create a roll or department that previously was not part of the organisational structure. I successfully met that challenge, I have enjoyed these experiences. I have learned to be patient but determined. I know that I can overcome any obstacle and I am willing to do/learn whatever is necessary to complete a task or assignment. This was especially true at Myler, as I was new to US and Utah State employment laws, however with a little bit of effort I was able to fill those gaps in my knowledge. This, and many other experiences, drive me seek learning and new challenges that will allow me to grow. I;m excited for the future.
