Leadership - Provided guidance and critical lessons to a team of lifeguards, ranging in ages from 15 – 22. Led monthly CPR and safety training courses for the entire staff. In my current role, I'm responsible for the safety and guidance of students with learning disabilities. This includes dealing with stressful situations while remaining calm and focused on the objectives of the days lesson plan. Communication- Experience in working with various age groups and departments of an organization while keeping focused on safety and clear communication. Enjoy building lasting and meaningful relationships through well planned written and verbal communication. Crisis Management- Always prepared to respond to stressful situations with a clear head and laser focus. I believe my training in crisis management is a transferable skill, which will allow me to handle situations in a calm and professional manner. Certified in: CPR, AED, Blood Born Pathogens and First AID. Having the ability to think critically and creatively gives me a unique perspective and has prepared me for all of the responsibilities required of a leader Confident in guiding large teams of professionals, operating within organizational guidelines and accomplishing any task thrown my direction. I have experience in customer service, crisis management and relationship building. I am a quick learner and communicate well with all levels within an organization. I’m a hard worker and enjoy working with a team that I can depend on. I enjoy creating a connection with people and believe this will help me solve problems, while staying focused on getting the job done efficiently and safely.
