Nichole Watkins

I started my retail career when I was 16 with Kmart in 1996 as a part time footwear associate. I worked my way up through the years with kmart from part time footwear associate to full time footwear department manager. After many years as department manager I went into the assistant program for Kmart and became Assistant Store Manager where I was then moved to Lewistown and helped run the Burnham Kmart for 4 years as Asm and then was asked to go into the Store Manager program and was able to fully run the burnham Kmart as Store Manager for almost 2 years before the company had decided to close the store in Burnham in December of 2016. I then joined Weis Markets in April of 2017 and have been with this wonderful company since then as an Assisant Store Manager. I have enjoyed my retail career for Kmart for 19years and will continue my retail journey with Weis for years to come.
