Nick Cashman

DePaul University Hospitality student with a concentration in Restaurant Management and outstanding culinary and leadership skills. With roots in the Chicago-land area, I have had an affinity for cooking and service since a young age. My professional experience includes line cook positions at Michelin Star Restaurants and country clubs alike. My exemplary talents as a line cook have been recognized by professionals in the hospitality industry. Including the fine dining aspect at Michelin Star rated restaurant, Spiaggia. I have expanded my culinary knowledge and skills by working with many professional chefs at Michelin Rated Spiaggia. Outside of school, work, and volunteering I enjoy live music and swimming and occasionally pick up recipe and culinary books to gain inspiration.
