Since 2015: substantive knowledge and experience in socio-economic inclusion development programmes for forcibly displaced persons and host communities, from upstream policy programmes to downstream technical programmes relating to education and training, employment, self-employment and enterprise development, social protection, rights at work and social cohesion. Overall management of ILO's engagement in a Netherlands-funded innovative partnership programme in forced displacement response entitled "PROSPECTS" (2019-2024) with International Finance Corporation, UNHCR, UNICEF and the World Bank. Substantive knowledge and experience of global development issues, particularly child protection, education, skills training, life skills education, community development, poverty reduction strategies, international labour relations, trade union development. Communication and information: writing (including creative, journalistic and report styles), substantive/copy editing, conference rapporteur, presentations, communications skills training and development. Developed well-known education programme "SCREAM" for ILO in 2002. Education and training: development and pilot-testing of educational and training resource materials, organisation and management of training seminars/workshops, teacher training (pre- and in-service), curriculum development related issues. Project and campaign management: concept development, co-ordination and follow-up, project evaluation, project document research and design, implementing agency assessment Administration: project planning and management, office management, analysis/development of procedures and processes, communications. Corporate Social Responsibility: experience and expertise in CSR in export and domestic trade in different sectors and geographical areas, including Middle East and Indian Sub-Continent. Social dialogue: staff management and representation, mediation, negotiation, networking Experience in project management and activity implementation in culturally and politically sensitive areas, including Middle East and Indian Sub-Continent. Strong facilitation and consensus-building experience and skills with diverse groups and partners, government, non-government and business. Significant knowledge and understanding of the ILO mandate and standards. Knowledge and experience in emergency response development and implementation, particularly on child protection and labour market issues, linked to the Syrian refugee crisis, including "Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action".
