Nick Luchtefeld

I am currently working in customer service but am always welcome to new and exciting adventures, and I am available for networking and informational interviews. I get most of my satisfaction from working with others, whether it be in a group setting or through collaborating, but ultimately I enjoy helping people. Receiving negative communication from an upset customer is a challenge that I wholeheartedly accept, and my goal is that by the end of our conversation they will be in a better place than before. I also work best in a team focused environment. I believe that a team setting is helpful in completing a large project in a timely fashion, creatively solving problems, and creating a network of accountability. I hold this to be true in my professional as well as in my everyday life, such as when backpacking in the great outdoors. This is not to say that I am unable to work on an individual basis; in the my current role, I also enjoy the focus and independence that comes when really diving into a problem. Whether networking, having meetings, or just having a chat at the water cooler, getting wrapped up in a good conversation always gives me a great energy boost!
