My core skills lie in shaping, designing and delivering high quality digital change aligned to strategic objectives, whilst collaborating with stakeholders and team members to maximise Customer value and user advocacy. I provide an honest, unbiased and high-quality product ownership and design service which centres on problem-based solutions, value stream alignment and end to end Customer journeys. I ensure that team focus constantly remains on the end consumer to generate Customer value, enable others to flourish within the team and promote environments where free-thinking is celebrated as a mechanism of failing fast, learning, and then improving. I believe product design should retain a relentless focus on Customer value, whilst being as collaborative, openminded and inquisitive as possible to ensure that your product fits its target market. This ideally should be achieved whilst delivering a platform which does not persist technical debt, and focusses on high quality rapid delivery to release early business/customer value and enable data and feedback-based iteration.
