I am currently on a 15 month Contract with M&G Investments. We are implementing a new Back Office system. Working hard to achieve the team goal is something that really motivates me. In the ever changing world in which we live in, I feel it is essential to be adaptable and receptive to change. I approach everything I do with a positive attitude and open mind. Currently coaching an under 9's football team, which is a great responsibility, challenge and enjoyment in equal measure. If you've tried something new and want an honest answer, ask a 9 year old and they will leave you in no doubt as to if the message has got through or not.
