Nick Schall

As a restaurant manager, I spent my years from 2002 to 2014 working with Pizza Hut. I had the privilege of working with PHI Cooperate for multiple years, and experienced a Franchise buyout. Fortune would have me travel across the country from Columbus, OH, all the way to Colorado Springs, CO, where I would end up working with another fantastic franchise in the Pizza Hut family - WKRP Management. Through my experiences with the above store leadership, I was able to harness my natural acumen for process and numbers, and use it to drive restaurant performance to national level attention. Over the following years, I was given honors in team leadership, individual growth, development of others, and Franchise Year Ending Performance in Sales Growth, Customer Service Performance, Inventory Management, Unit Performance Recovery, and Delivery Service Performance. This allowed me the opportunity to open a new asset for the company, continuing my personal/professional growth. After relocating to Cincinnati, OH, I spent roughly 2 more years in restaurants with Raising Canes, opening new locations, and training new teams. With roughly 15yrs in restaurant management, I decided to move on to the retail space, and work with Lowes. With Lowes I was able to continue to execute my face to face customer service, service recovery, and become well versed in home improvement projects. After a short stint, I was given a newly created position of Delivery Coordinator, to manage in home delivery and installation services provided by Lowes, from in-store and online sales. Currently I have moved into the manufacturing industry with Keyocera-Senco, a manufacturer of commercial tools and fasteners. As the Shipping Team Leader, I communicate daily with shipping carriers such as XPO Logistics, SAIA, Holland, Dayton Freight, AAA Cooper, and PITT OHIO, to coordinate live loads or trailer swaps. My daily routine includes supervising a crew of 10-15, working with domestic and international shipping clerks to coordinate full truck routes, individual customer orders, and Keyocera-Senco Europe. I track order picker and dock worker performance with JDE Oracle, and carrier performance for our Senior Logistic Manager and communicate any carrier performance issues.
