Nick Tan

I am an Economics graduate from SMU, majoring in finance and quantitative economics. I have always adored numbers and I relish quantitative analysis as you are able to put tangible value to the research done. In my internship, I was able to put these skills to use through market research as well as analyzing the numbers to help generate a report for the company’s use. On the side, my passion is board games as it promotes friendly competition and interaction with one another. It also teaches the importance of taking calculated risks. I was in the management committee for the board games club in SMU. It further enables me to micromanage my club assets as well as communicating with external organizations for sourcing of new assets. I look forward to join the fray as a quantitative analyst as I believe I can add value with my skill set.
