I’m an experienced trainer with 5 years within different L&D organisations and 10 years in different technical fields. I’m experienced in training, technical support, team leadership, coaching, project management, change management, elevator business and cloud business. Currently I'm looking for opportunities to manage a team and grow my manager skills. I’m curious, technical and very ambitious. I have a high interest in employee development, coaching, up-skilling myself and others as well as change management, procedure development and improving slow processes. I have a strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and sales connected to maintenance. Change is fun and makes us progress! I truly believe everything can be fixed as long as you have the right mind set.
