Nicky Lear

Previously worked at Corvel Corporation in various roles with Workers Compensation, for 15 years. Processing claims on the front end with the handling, reviewing and allowing reimbursement according to the Workers Compensation guidelines set by the State of Florida. I was a team lead with in the company before reaching my 1 year anniversary. Also handled all petitions filed from physicians to the State, disputing allowances. Decided to apply for the position as a Fraud Analyst with Bank of America, to expand into my area of interest. I started working in 2015, and have achieved several recognition awards for Top Performer, multiple quarters in a row. I am lead for the Employee Engagement team for the site in Jacksonville and I am a representative for the national engagement team. I try to stay connected with employee networks and also volunteer within the community. After a few years, I moved into ID Theft and Emerging Risk which expands my knowledge of the fraud filter. Recently accepted a role with Chase Bank to get my experience in the Home lending side.of banking services.
