Born in Cagliari in 1987, graduated In Viareggio at the Nautica technical istitute on 2006. On 2007 start working on private pleasure boat and in yacht shipyard in Viareggio. On March 2008 I start as deck cadet in Chemical / Oil tanker ( Finbeta S.p.A.) trading in North Europe and Baltic Sea. On 2010 I passed examination for Navigation Officer. On 2017 I passed examination for Ch. Mate on ship of 3000 GT or more. In this period I acquired skills on ocean passage navigation , river navigation and navigation on ice. Employment and development of safety on board , through t a continuous training and experiences sharing. Familiarization and employment of Sms and Quality System on board , knowledge of International convention and IMO requirement. OCIMF and CDI requirements for shipment of oil products, petrochemicals. Human resource management on board vessels. Maintenance scheduling and purchasing spare parts. Handling and stowage bulk Oil/Chemical product on Chemical tanker type II. Tank cleaning andk caring. Use of dedicated equipamnt as Saab tank radar & loading computer. On 2016 I started as Ch.Mate until now.
