Nicola Simpson

A hard working individual with a keen interest in developing my team and I. I am confident to work using my own initiative or to work as part of a team, I love new challenges and learning new/improved ways of doing my job. I started working for Specsavers Dundee in 2006 within the contact lens department and spent a few months on the retail floor. In 2006 I moved on to Specsavers Forfar where I was promoted to store Supervisor, then Manager. Within my time at Specsavers I have gained Cert 3, Cert 4 and ILM 2 & 3 qualifications alongside the IST Gold award for In-store Training. I am currently studying part time to complete a BA in Business Management (Leadership), through The Open University. I have received 2 Customer First awards in my years at Specsavers and I am very proud to be part of an award winning team at Forfar.
