Current: HR Advisor for the NHS - varied workload and case management. 2017-2020 - Recruitment @ SGC - Managing the pre-employment checks, DBS checks/counter-signatory, managed vacancy approvals alongside posting job adverts. Graduated in July 2017 with a First Class degree in Business and Management. Delighted to win the Dean’s Award for Business and Management as a result of “outstanding work” and achieved the 'Bristol Futures Award.' CIPD L5 HRM qualified. Experience: UWE Ambassador - Lead workshop sessions for Recruitment and Outreach activities, provided tours of the campus and was selected to talk of my chosen subject. Junior Business Manager - Health Education South West. Assistant Recruitment Lead; organising assessment centres, budget control, management of a small cohort of trainees. HR Internship at Patheon part of Thermo Fisher - Assistant lead of the 'Talent Acquisition Programme' - attended Employer Fairs to promote Internships and Apprenticeship opportunities. Organised a Recruitment Campaign - liaising with media to shoot a campaign video in line with Open Day arrangements. General HR duties included: absence management, interviewing and assisting with L&D sessions. Current employment: South Gloucestershire Council - Recruitment team: Manage Vacancy Approvals, Advertise Jobs, undertake pre-employment checks for new starters and being involved in recruitment initiatives. Completed Level 5 CIPD HRM (Graduate November 2019) .
