I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field and have my LMSW (License #: 25181). I have experience working as direct staff for 2 group homes (CHM Care Management Services and Help in the Home, LLC.) working with individuals, aging from 25 to 65 years old, with severe psychological disorders (Bipolar D/O, Schizoaffective D/O, Schizophrenia). I have experience working in case management for a group home in Rockville, MD (Help in the Home, LLC.) with individuals with severe psychological disorders helping the individuals live as independent as they can (managing appointments, maintaining mental/physical health, and other activities of daily living). I have supervisory experience managing a Crisis Bed in Gaithersburg, MD (Safe Journey House) in charge of putting through billing for services of clients with severe psychological disorders and who are in crisis. I have supervisory experience managing 2 case workers for a new group home in Baltimore, MD servicing individuals with severe psychological disorders and chronic homelessness (A Better You PRP) where I also approve treatment plans and push through billing for clients receiving services.
