I have a diverse background in overall company operations, startups, and monetization but what I love most is helping others put programs and processes in place to increase their company's value. I will find new ways to drive revenue, monetize products effectively, and help lead companies as they grow from as small as 5 employees to as many as 100+.I currently head up operations at an industry-leading Data as a Service company. Previously, I ran operations at an enterprise SaaS company with more than 50 large retail clients and millions of annual users. Prior to that, I took a coupon app with a few thousand downloads and $0 in revenue and grew it to over 5 million users and more than $1,000,000 in annual revenue.I am able to wear multiple hats and fill the slots of several employees, and have never shied away from learning a new skill or tackling a new problem.
