Nicole Caporicci

Nicole Caporicci reminds her clients to not just think of cost, but think of value. She has applied this philosophy in all meaningful aspects of life, as well as in her interior design and real estate pursuits. Nicole is all about customer service and designing solutions tailored to her clients' needs, with a focus on short and long-term value and satisfaction. Once she was old enough, she began working in her family's restaurant business, which connected her with her community and taught her the importance of dedication, diligence and attentiveness to others. Armed with a keen eye, and a degree in Interior Design and Home Furnishings, real estate came naturally to Nicole when she and her husband decided to flip their first home. Her own success and passion inspired her to be of service to others, helping people find dream residences and sound investments. A lifelong resident of Queens in the Whitestone, College Point, Middle Village, and Bayside neighborhoods, Nicole knows all the attractions of the area for families and buyers in all life stages. She loves partaking in the great restaurants and nightlife when her free time allows. Nicole is also a team captain of the Douglas Elliman Bayside team for Northwell Health, as she successfully helps fundraise money that goes towards the care for women and children through the Katz Institute for Women's Health and Cohen Children's Medical Center.
