Spent over 20 years passionately performing various roles in the Real Estate Finance and Construction. Financed and Managed real estate development deals through various stages of development (planning, negotiations, budgeting creation and review, design, due diligence, entitlements, procurement, land development, finance closing, construction, leasing and sales) valued at over One billion dollars. Having worked in the State, City, Private, Government and Non-profit industries, I have developed and nurtured working relationships with internal and external partners in Baltimore Housing, private developers, Banks, Baltimore City, the State of Maryland and US Federal Government. Over my years of working I have developed an in-depth knowledge and relationships with financial institutions, advocacy groups, government agencies, businesses and workforce development groups. I have used my intuition, drive and my skills to quickly assess and problem solve to move stalled projects to success and to turn around under-performing organizations to be successful in a brief time.
