Nicole Harrow

Experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated 17 year history of working in the Defence Industry. With a strong focus on positive team culture and leadership, I led and managed the Defence High Frequency Communication Program (DHFCS) for over 6 years. This Portfolio includes two Defence Contracts, 80+ team members spanning engineering, maintenance, operations and program management fields; located in 6 different work sites throughout Australia. I have completed various study in business, leadership and project management. In 2020 I graduated with a Masters of Project Management and in 2021 I commenced Nuclear Power School. Winner of 2 Boeing Wirraway awards; 2015 Environment Health and Safety award and 2017 award for Cultural Transformation and in 2020 awarded Boeing Defence Australia highest accolade, the Charlie Walford Award. In 2019 I successfully negotiated extensions for both DHFCS Contracts valued at over $62m and securing work for the team for a further 3 years. In November 2020 my family and I relocated to Canada, a courageous move chasing new experiences for me, my husband and our 3 boys. I commence as a Program Manager with the MCR Integration Team at Bruce Power on 4 January 2021. In April 2022 I was promoted to a Senior Program Manager role on the MCR (Major Component Replacement) Program.
