Nicole Lauchaire is seasoned communications and marketing professional with a demonstrated track record for developing and implementing successful marketing and communications plans, corporate and public relations, customer and employee communication, media relations and crisis communication, project management, research, vendor management and special events. Lauchaire is an an energetic and strategic thinker with a passion for her company's brand and its customers. Currently, she is the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Media, a division of Varsity Brands. With a shared mission of elevating student experiences, Varsity Brands is made up of three unique but interrelated businesses: BSN SPORTS, the largest team sports equipment and apparel distributor in the United States; Varsity Spirit, the leading global source for all things cheerleading and dance, including uniform innovation and educational camps, clinics and competitions; and Herff Jones, the leading provider of graduation and recognition products and services designed to inspire student achievement.
