A storyteller at heart, I aspire to make organizations smarter and stronger in their approach to talent attraction and engagement. As the Talent Attraction Manager for Qualtrics, I get to build and execute on the strategy for a Talent Brand led approach to company talent growth. As a talent brand professional, I believe that the future of successful talent attraction lies in deep transparency with our candidates, achieved through amplifying the voices of their peers. As employers, we have the opportunity to influence our candidate (and future employee) engagement by allowing people to get to really know our companies. Higher employee engagement has been definitively tied to higher job satisfaction and higher performance - this engagement begins with your candidates, and your attraction strategy is the start to that. I began my career as a recruiter in an agency in Windsor, England. From there, I took a role with GE as a recruiter for Healthcare before the world of Talent Brand was introduced to me. From there, the rest has been history. I found a space where I was able to introduce people to their next team, but in a smarter, more empathetic way. I was hooked on the opportunity to make "getting a job" (and the process of "getting someone a job") a modern activity that is a business priority rather than an act of triage.
