Nicole Rodriguez, RDH

Hello, my name is Nicole and I am a proud dental hygienist. I now have been in the dental field for over 21 years. I began my career as dental assistant and office receptionist. After graduating from CUNY Hostos, I have 11 years of dental hygiene experience in general, periodontal, orthodontic and pediatric dentistry. During my time at a DSO supported dental office, I supported my subregion as a Sub Regional Hygiene Mentor. My experience in that role, allowed me to uniquely grow my managerial skills including collaborating with other affiliations while practicing dental hygiene. I currently support the SEIU 32BJ Dental Clinic as the Dental Hygiene Supervisor. In my role, I support the dental clinic by managing quality assurance through the dental hygiene team and work collaboratively with the management team and staff to provide high quality care to our union members.
