Experience:Over fifteen years in administrative, sales, and customer service, four years experience in training and development, four years experience working in healthcare with an emphasis in human services Areas of Interest: Training and Development, Case Management, Social Services, Team Development, Office Management, Management and Leadership Development At Job Service I juggle many hats. My main focus is case management for TANF recipients. I also facilitate the Career Building Workshop by teaching people how to write resumes, cover letters, answer interview questions along with teaching soft skills, business communication, and professional boundaries among other areas of business. I also do intake for new recipients, work with referral programs, and assist with other various projects. My real niche with the position comes with helping and motivating others to become successful with their lives. That's what gives me the motivation to be successful with my own career. There is nothing more rewarding than to see someone succeed knowing you helped them along the way.
