I received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, and soon gained experience in financial analysis, particularly in the defense and IT industries. As a business architect at STA Group, I helped to drive out business transformation in the insurance and banking industries. In my previous role as an account manager at EY, I was responsible for the growth of P&C insurance accounts. Outside of work, I spend time volunteering for two organizations. I mentor a first generation college student through American Needs You (ANY), and I help immigrants and refugees find work in the US through resume building, mock interviews, and networking development through an organization called Upwardly Global. I have an inquisitive mind and enjoy working in the gray. My natural leadership skills have allowed me the opportunity to be a confidant and influencer to colleagues in positions of leadership. Developing people and ideas is my greatest passion!
