I have in excess of 25 years experience in a Management, Projects Engineering and Design Environment.As a Sector Head / Project Manager / Senior Engineer with PM Group I have successfully taken the lead Design Management role on numerous multi-disciplined Food Engineering Sector projects. I have a wide-ranging knowledge in areas such as Site Master Planning (SMP) and GMP Design. I also have a proven ability with vision to conceptualize and develop good facility layouts as well executing the successful management of numerous projects led from early study phase through construction to completion and handover.I hold a postgraduate Higher Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin and I presently head-up the Food Engineering Sector Department of our Dublin Office, and as an Associate Director I have significant involvement in PM Group’s international project activity. In addition I am involved in our regional strategy and global business development activities responsible for handling sectoral resource & multi-faceted management functions within the wider executive management teams.I am head of our 'Food Sector' centre-of-excellence in Ireland supporting numerous World wide MNC type clients and I have completed projects and assignments for PM Group in Ireland, Saudi (MENA), UK, Europe (WE & CEE), USA, etc.Prior to joining PM Group I worked on assignments in the Engineering Operations of such companies as the CRH Group, Cadbury (now Mondelez), Bord Gais Eireann, MF Kent (now Kentz), Tetra Pak, Aer Lingus & Outokumpu.
