Nigel Kinder

Nigel is a senior solicitor in Pardoes Dispute Resolution team and deals with a broad range of commercial litigation cases. He studied for a Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Warwick and subsequently studied for a Master of Laws in International Business Law at the University of Houston in Texas. Nigel is able to deal with contractual and other commercial disputes for businesses across a range of industry sectors including construction, technology, and professional services and is skilled in dealing with all types of commercial contract disputes, injunction matters and professional negligence cases. Nigel also has expertise in employment and employment related matters. Nigel has considerable experience and expertise in all forms of commercial dispute management including High Court and County Court litigation, arbitration, expert determination, mediation and settlement negotiations. In addition, Nigel has dealt with regulatory and disciplinary work for professionals and is able to advise clients on non-contentious matters such as the negotiation of key clauses in contracts and strategic risk avoidance. Nigel qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and joined Pardoes in March 2011.
