I have vast experience in domestic and international arbitrations, injunction laws, writs, tenancy laws, property laws, company litigation and maritime laws, securities law. I am primarily engaged in a variety of litigation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and have also handled the admiralty matters in the Hon’ble High Court at Mumbai. I have also specialized in Real Estate transactions, conducting Due Diligences and drafting allied documents including property development agreements and construction agreements. I have advised and drafted documentation for some of the largest investments in the Real Estate sector. I regularly provide advice on property related matters to various multinational companies. I have also represented several foreign and domestic companies in real estate related transactions, relating to leave and license, conveyance, etc.
