Primary focus/experience in leading a Patient Services team that supports patients in gaining access to therapy for rare genetic diseases, including Lysosomal Storage Disorders and Hypoparathyroidism. Leads teams in working with Patients, Providers, Payers, Vendors and Specialty Pharmacies to optimize patient access to therapy. Works effectively with internal and external partners to drive cross-functional team collaboration. Provides team leadership and clear reporting to Senior leadership.
