An HR professional with more than 3 years of experience in human resources wherein I have handled recruitment for both IT sector and Non IT sector. Have handled additional roles of Client Servicing and Business Development. During my MBA I have done Internship from Publicis wherein I was assisting the HR manager with all her duties which includes recruitment, interviewing, document collection and verification, maintaining the HRIS system and making revised letters. I have also done Internship with Team Results Corporate Solutions in the learning and development team where my job role included assisting the content manager with her work, designing training programs,part of assessment teams during the programs,and assisting the trainers during sessions. Worked with Silver Group as an HR/Admin officer. My role included handling recruitment and entire process from joining till the exit formalities of an employee, handling payroll, tracking outdoor guys and making report of the same, checking the vouchers and getting it sanctioned from the management, conducting employee engagement and also handling Admin role Worked with Beauty Industries as HR Generalist wherein my job role consisted of recruitment for various profiles, building HR systems for the organization, Policies restructuring.
