Niklas Bauer

In my current position I created the Project Management department, improving business processes from customer requests through testing and delivery to improve our software development lifecycle. In doing so, I switched the company to an Agile SDLC, and worked to define requirements, scope, and manage software through the lifecycle to release. Over the past two years I have managed 5 projects, including two from initial concept inception. I would love to speak to anyone further to explain my achievements and career goals.I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Master's in Engineering Management. As an undergrad at CWRU, I earned a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Theater. I am a very outgoing person that loves to work and interact with others. As a Case student, I learned the importance of communicating while working in a group to combine my strengths with my team members to reach our goal. Just as important is my ability to work independently and use the skills I have gained and to research in order to teach myself new languages, algorithms, and concepts needed.
