I am a highly-motivated, ambitious and socially skilled senior consultant and trainer. Currently I am running my own training and consultancy company Projnik (www.projnik.fi) serving customers in Project Management, Leadership and Corporate Responsibility. In my 15 year career to-date, I have acted as Program/Project manager within Private companies and International Organisations. As Project consultant I have developed Enterprise level project models and evaluated Government funded organisations, programmes and projects. As Trainer and Facilitator I have enhanced organizational capacities and individual skills in project management, leadership and corporate responsibility. As a Human Right Expert I have monitored, advised and supported Governments in the development of legislation and policies.
